Mr. Park is admitted to New York State Bar and District of Columbia Bar, and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.

Mr. Park had the various research experiences as a researcher in a big chemical company. Areas of his expertise include fine chemicals, polymers, catalysts, materials for display devices, and pharmaceuticals. Mr. Park has more than 20 years of experience in the patent prosecutions, and won most of the appeal cases in Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences in US PTO. Mr. Park has also worked on patent validity and infringement opinions, patent litigation, trademark prosecution, trademark opposition, trademark cancellation proceeding, etc.

Mr. Park has prepared and prosecuted patent applications in various industries including material science, chemistry, biotechnology, chemical engineering, home appliances, display devices, batteries, fuel cells and semiconductor.

Mr. Park received a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from Seoul National University, and J.D. from George Washington University Law School.

Mr. Park’s in-depth legal and technical knowledge has been utilized and will be utilized to protect the client’s interests utmost.
