Peter K. Hwang's practice focuses on trademark opposition, cancellation, litigation and negotiation in our firm.

Mr. Hwang was an associate at the Washington, D.C. offices of Baker Botts LLP.

Mr. Hwang is a graduate of the American University Washington College of Law, where he was a Dean’s Fellow for the Legal Rhetoric Department. While in law school, Mr. Hwang also externed in the chambers of the Honorable Roger W. Titus, Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
